20th June from 7pm - Rebel Recruiters, Nottingham
What's it about?
This will be an open hack!
What will we be doing?
On Thursday June 20th from 6pm at the Rebel Offices we’re holding a Mini-Hack!
Have you got a project you’ve always wanted to get started with? Or maybe you got given or won a piece of kit that you’d love to get working?
Or perhaps you just want to have a play with some cool pieces of IoT kit…?
Well, this is the evening for you!
Bring something along, or have a play with some of the many Arduinos, Raspberry Pis, Microbits or Particle Photons that I’ll bring along…
You can build yourself one of the projects from the guides or go your own way!
I’ll also be bringing along a bunch of components, wires and breadboards so you can get to building!
Then, if you fancy it, you can even present what you’ve made at the end!
No need for a big long prepared talk… Just… “Here… I made this and it does this!”.
There’ll be plenty of help on hand on the evening too, so anything is possible!
Feel free to pup in whenever you like, for just an hour, or the whole evening, it’s up to you!
We’ll also have that wonderful curry from those amazing people over at Rebel.
Plus, I’ll be giving out a free JetBrains License to one lucky attendee!
IMPORTANT TO KNOW!
Please note. Neither the speaker nor the Nottingham IoT Meetup are responsible for any damage to any components or hardware you may bring along.
Note also that the equipment at the event remains the property of the speaker, and is for demo purposes only. (See above if you’d like to bring your own!)
